MEHNA Participates in Supporting Business Change Makers

03 November 2021

From the lowest point on Earth, great endeavors reached for the sky! We are excited to share highlights from our recent training sessions titled “Leading the Way to a More Inclusive Work Environment – Supporting Business Change Makers.” These training sessions are part of the second phase of the “Empowering Stakeholders Capacity Building” campaign under the project “Supporting Women’s Economic Opportunities in Jordan.”

The training sessions were conducted over three separate periods, each lasting two days, and welcomed diverse participants from various companies. These participants included employees and HR professionals, as well as administrators from different local and regional companies and organizations in Jordan.

The primary aim of these sessions was to address and mitigate the barriers that impact women’s participation in the workforce. Furthermore, they aimed to empower women to play a more active role in the workplace. The sessions emphasized the importance of diversity and inclusivity in the business environment.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all those who contributed to the success of this remarkable initiative.

This project is supported by Canada’s International Trade – Global Affairs Canada and is managed in collaboration with CBIE BCEI. It is also done in partnership with Injaz and Ryerson University.
